หลักการและเหตุผล

          การที่จะเข้าใจถึงเรื่อง "Finance" นั้นไม่ใช่เรื่องง่าย ผู้บริหาร ในหลายๆ องค์กร มักตกม้าตายเมื่อต้องเข้ามามีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีการเงิน เพราะการที่จะเรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับบัญชีการเงินได้อย่างดีนั้น จำเป็นต้องอาศัยความรู้ ความสามารถเป็นอย่างมาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็น การวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน การหาอัตราส่วนทางการเงิน การวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนเพื่อตัดสินใจลงทุน  และ อื่น ๆ  หากผู้บริหารที่จะเข้ามามีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับบัญชีการเงิน ขาดซึ่งความความสามารถเหล่านี้ ย่อมสร้าง ผลเสีย มากกว่า ผลดี อย่างแน่นอน

          หลักสูตรนี้จึงได้จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้บริหารที่ไม่ใช่สายการเงิน หรือ ผู้ที่สนใจ ได้เรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการเงินให้มากยิ่งขึ้น  เช่น การวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน  การวิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนทางการเงิน  รวมถึง การวิเคราะห์ผลตอบแทนเพื่อตัดสินใจลงทุน   โดยตลอดระยะเวลาการอบรม ผู้เข้าอบรมจะได้ร่วมทำกิจกรรม ฝึกคิด ฝึกปฏิบัติ จนสามารถเรียนรู้และต่อยอดได้ด้วยตนเอง

4.เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้รับไปใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อองค์กร
